Please contact us for more information! Be sure to ask about our financing options.

  • What happens at the consultation for Revision Neovaginal Surgery?

An initial consultation will be carried out to determine the goals for your treatment, make note of any associated asymmetries/abnormalities, and a treatment plan will be determined to achieve the ideal result for each individual.

  • How do I prepare for my surgery?

The London Transgender Clinic strongly advises that you stop smoking to weeks prior to your surgery. Avoid aspirin/ibuprofen type analgesics for 2 weeks before and after your surgery.

  • What happens on the day of surgery?

Our treatment plans are individualized for each of our patients. Every treatment will vary. Please contact us to learn more. We are here to answer any of your questions!.

  • What aftercare will be provided for me?

The care of each patient, before, during and after surgery or treatment at the London Transgender Clinic is second to none. We have on-call nurses available for our patients 24 hours a day and follow up appointments to ensure complete patient satisfaction.

  • What happens if there is a complication?

All surgical procedures have an inherent risk of complications despite the highest standard of care. The majority of complications, however, are either uncommon ( < 5 % ) or rare ( < 1 % ). It is essential that before you agree to undergo any surgery or treatment that you ask about and fully understand the risks and side-effects of the procedure. Reputable surgeons will always emphasise the risks and side effects and never provide guarantees.

If a complication develops after your surgery,, Mr Inglefield would carry out any further surgery to ameliorate this, at no additional surgical fee to you, the patient. (Hospital and Anaesthetist Fees may apply).

If you are unsatisfied with the results of your surgery after a suitable amount of time has been allowed for healing and maturation of the surgery within the first year, no additional fees will be required.

However, Mr Inglefield is unlikely to waive his fee if any of the following pertain

    • The patient ignored the post-operative instructions.
    • The patient failed to attend for the agreed postoperative examinations.
    • The patient sustained physical injury out of our control.
