Maeve McRitchie (She/Her) – Business Manager
Maeve joined LTC in February 2016 as a Practice Nurse, having obtained her Adult Nursing degree and accumulating experience in both an acute medical and surgical hospital setting. In May 2017, Maeve was promoted to Business Manager as her management, interpersonal skills and incredible ability to strive for excellence had not gone unnoticed. In her new role she focuses on business development and ensuring we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of all our patients and those interested in learning more about transgender care.
Charles Lucas (He/Him) – General Manager
Charles joined the LTC team in June 2019. He brings seven years of executive business development experience and most recently was General Services Manager for BMI and Phoenix Hospital Group. Charles now manages the daily operations of LTC, ensuring the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to improve the business and key performance goals for functions, providers, staff and service users.
Lucy Collick (She/Her) – Assistant Practice Manager & HR Administrator
Having worked in the Travel and Tourism industry previously as cabin crew, Lucy decided to bring her customer service skills to LTC. Lucy has thoroughly enjoyed broadening her knowledge into a medical setting and loves that she can continue to meet a wide range of people from all walks of life. Utilising her warm and friendly approach, she endeavours to make all our patients feel welcome and at home within the clinic, ensuring all their questions are answered from the moment they arrive, right through to the end of their LTC journey.
Megan O’Brien (She/Her) – Medical Secretary
Megan joined the team at LTC in January 2019 as a practice administrator and has since progressed to Hormone Team Lead and Medical Secretary. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the hormone clinic, communicating with patients and their clinicians, and supporting the nurse-prescribers in their roles. Megan has previously worked as a course coordinator in the mental health sector, working closely with the students to develop systems led by their experiences. She is committed to learning about and improving all aspects of our patients’ journey to help the team continue to provide exemplary transgender healthcare. Megan enjoys getting to know the patients throughout their transition, making sure they always feel heard, comfortable, and well informed.
Tuesday Tucker (She/Her) – Bookings Co-Ordinator
Having previously worked as Cabin Crew for British Airways, Tuesday has always had a passion for working with the public and providing excellent customer service. She initially joined the LTC team as a Patient Administrator and has recently taken over as our Bookings Co-Ordinator where she oversees every aspect of the surgical process to ensure it runs smoothly for our patients from start to finish. Tuesday loves being able to provide a great service to our patients and finds it extremely rewarding being a part of our patients journeys.
Megan Power (She/Her) – Patient Administrator
Having previously worked as a Receptionist at London Bridge Plastic Surgery in 2018, Megan moved to the Hormones Team at The London Transgender Clinic as a patient coordinator in August 2020. In her new role she works closely with Megan O’Brien, our Hormone Team Lead and Medical Secretary, and the clinical team of Nurse Prescribers. She offers a warm and friendly approach to all of our patients’ care, and is looking forward to growing and developing her skills with LTC.
Sonal Jadav-Chavda (She/Her) – Receptionist
Sonal joined the LTC team in January 2020 but feels like she has been a part of the team for years! Sonal has been in the administration sector for over five years and has gained extensive knowledge which she can contribute to her role at LTC, however she continues to learn each day she is at work, which she loves. Sonal is a wonderful addition to the team and always makes herself available to help everyone with their individual needs, whether it is a patient or colleague.
Rhianna Griffin (She/Her) – Receptionist
Rhianna joined the LTC team in 2020, having previously worked at a magazine production company. It is here she learned how to liaise with and support clients, which has given her the confidence and experience to deliver exceptional care to the patients at LTC. Rhianna also has a keen interest in gender psychology, after studying psychology at A-Level. She enjoys talking to patients and visitors, hearing about their individual journeys and ensuring LTC can positively assist them on that journey.
Nicole Scavuzzo (She/Her) – Social Media Co-ordinator
Nicole is an employee turned patient of The London Transgender Clinic. She initially commenced at LTC to manage our social media platforms and when she saw the holistic care and range of services we provide Nicole decided to continue her medical transition with us too!
