We’re proud to introduce the Department of Gender Affirming Surgery at The Harley Street Specialist Hospital (HSSH).

Following the closure and liquidation of the London Transgender Clinic (LTC) at the end of 2023, many of the clinicians and staff who worked there, including Mr. Vourvachis, have come together to continue offering gender-affirming surgical care within a new structure and setting at HSSH. Our team brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and commitment to serving the trans and non-binary community.

This website remains active and now serves as the main platform for our department. You can continue using the enquiry form as before—your messages will be received directly by our current team, who are here to support both returning and new patients.

We are excited to move forward, improving access to care and continuing to deliver the respectful, high-quality support our community deserves.
